The last few months were packed with holiday fun! We started the holiday season off with a trip to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens, followed by our annual trip to Gaylord Palms. This year, we did the escape room at the hotel which might be our new favorite activity! Another tradition is riding the Christmas train at Lakes Park with family, always worth the wait. We are proud to announce we won the neighborhood decorating contest for the 4th year in a row and are already planning for next year! We finished off the holiday season with a fun trip to Orlando with Bob's family.
The boys are still doing amazingly well at their new school. Their holiday performances were so cute and Parker even had a solo! Most recently Parker won student of the week, we are so proud of his hard work! As I mentioned in my last post, Cooper had come in 2nd at the regional spelling bee and was moving onto state. He finished 6th in the state competition out of 25 and although he was extremely disappointed...we couldn't have been more proud and excited that he had that new experience. Cooper participated in a track meet at school a few weeks ago and came in 3rd in the 50 and 100 yard dash!
Cooper is still busy with flag football and will continue that in the spring along with Soccer. Parker is going to get back into swimming. They are looking forward to spring break next month and all the fun we will have in Orlando.
