Cooper and Parker have been fantastic! Cooper just finished his end of season guitar show and did amazing. He had a solo in one of the songs and rocked it!! It was amazing to see the progress he's made since his mid-season show. Cooper is also still busy with his travel soccer team and is looking ahead and excited to try out for his school team in the fall. We are headed to Disney for a tournament this weekend! Cooper ended the semester with straight A+'s in every subject....quite impressive! Parker will start his spring soccer season next month, but until then he's keeping busy taking a few golf lessons and attending lots of friend's birthday parties. He just earned his "black-belt" in math multiplication facts and was so excited to have been the 2nd in class to achieve that! Parker ended the semester with straight A's. I could not be more proud of him!!
The boys also completed in their school track meet last month. This was Parker's first time, since they begin in 3rd grade and he was so excited about that. He placed 2nd in the 50 yard dash, 100 yard dash and the broad jump! Cooper placed 2nd in the 200 yard dash, 3rd in the 400 yard dash, 3rd in relay, 3rd in the 100 yard dash and 3rd in the 1 mile.
Christmas was wonderful as always! We added more lights to our outdoor display this year (surprise, surprise) and won the neighborhood award. We also did our annual trip to Gaylord Palms with my sister & her family and our good friends. We rang in the new year with family out on the river!
