This past Christmas, we participated in the decorating contest again in our neighborhood and won! We think this might of been our best year yet! My brother and girls were in town for Christmas and my parents planned a few night stay at Margaritaville Hotel on Fort Myers Beach. The kids had a blast hanging with their cousins.
We spent spring break in Colorado and would you believe it, it was actually warmer there a few days than in Florida. Cooper got to ski for the first time on his own and I was thankful he had his uncle Brad, my brother and sister with him! Skiing conditions weren't the best, but it was a good experience for him. The little younger kids played lots of games and hung out, since there wasn't even enough snow to sled.
This winter/spring has been great. Cooper continues to improve at golf and is feeling confident about trying out for the school team in the fall. He's doing incredible in school, as always! He has one AP class this year as a freshman and he just took the practice exam for that and scored a perfect score. I'd say he's ready for the real one in few days. He's only 5 months from getting his drivers license and is doing really well driving so far! Parker has had his best year yet at school. Math is his thing and he's getting a 100% in that class! He grown up so much and is an absolute joy to be around.
