Cooper and Parker have been doing well! The boys and I joined my parents, their aunt and cousins in Colorado for their spring break in March and were welcomed with feet and feet of snow. It also snowed most days and the kids even skied in what seemed like a blizzard! In addition to skiing 2 days, they also went sledding and got to see a surprise performance by Edwin McCain. The adults were so excited, the kids had to google who he was!
Both boys continue to do classes at Redline Athletics 2-3 times per week and Cooper is still improving at the electric guitar. He has 1 Cotillion class left and is begging we don't sign him up next season! Parker's soccer season is happening now and he'll be wrapping up golf lessons in a few weeks. Parker won 4 awards in his track meet at school (1st place in 400 yard dash, 2nd place in softball throw, 2nd place in the relay and 2nd place in the broad jump)! I'm also super proud of the boys for running their first 5K race, I even joined them!!
I can't believe summer is almost here. You'd think it was here already based on our record breaking temperatures. The boys are signed up to do a few camps and are really looking forward to their trip to Colorado with family and their trip to Michigan!
We had a wonderful brunch at my parents house on Easter and then spent the afternoon at our neighbors house with friends!
The boys and Bob & I are getting excited to move into our new home. We are staying in our same neighborhood but the kids will now have a pool and spa!
